It was at this tab https://ask.libreoffice.org/en/account/signin/?next=/en/
when I clicked create an account. It seems to have changed back to English so I
should be able to create an account now. I did not take a screen shot but in
the future I will when I filled out my account info after the I’m not a robot
appeared it was in Chinese writing. It has returned to normal and If it happens
again I’ll take a screenshot and report it again with the picture. Thanks for
your time
