dialog box partially translated
## Steps to reproduce
* Create a new spreadsheet
* insert a chart to open the chart wizard
* close the chart wizard
* right click on a component of the chart to open the contextual menu
* select "Data Ranges"
## Actual behaviour
* The dialog boxes and the contextual menu aren't completely translated. Some
texts are in french, some texts are in english. The contextual menu is in
english.
## Expected behaviour
* all texts should be translated
