--- Comment #4 from Jean-Baptiste Faure <[email protected]> ---
My tests without Dreamweaver using LibreOffice 6.0.4:
1/ open the text document in .doc format in the attachment
2/ select all
3/ copy using Ctrl+C
4/ open a new empty text document
5/ paste special (Maj+Ctrl+V), then choose HTML
6/ save the new document as HTML file
7/ open it in Firefox and compare with the html from the attachment opened in
Firefox too
It's clear that the html from the attachment is faulty and that LibreOffice
6.0.4 produces an html that is not. At least Firefox renders it the same way it
renders the html produced by MS-Word 2003.
So for me, the problem has been fixed in a recent release. So closing as
WorksForMe because the fix can't be related to a known commit.
Feel free to reopen if you disagree.
Best regards. JBF
