hello,
there was this "unexpected behavior" which I never reported as a bug...
and this morning I just realized that it has been solved...
I would still describe it, nevertheless:
when you docked the navigator pane to the left (I don't know if side made a
difference), and adjusted its width even in the slightest degree, it would set
its minimum width by itself... which would be bigger than the initial width :)
(this would mean that once you touch it in order to make it narrower, it would
get even wider, and there would be no way back :))
I didn't check this feature for long...
but by now it's gone...
and I am very happy about it...
cause I use 4:3 screens for writing and space is not infinite...
PS:
this has been solved !!! :)
I only mention it in case it had not been spotted before, so it couldn't just
come back one day as a new thing
Steps to Reproduce:
1. undock the navigator pane from the right
2. dock it to the left
3. make some headings that are long, like "I am not sure if this is long
enough"
4. try to adjust the width of the navigator pane narrower
Actual Results:
the width would change, it would become wider than it was originally
(owing to the long heading, evidently)
Expected Results:
it should have accepted the narrower width
or signalled that "no-no, not any narrower than this" :)
