Problem description: 
Whenever i go to the menu:
File > Send to 
(Fichier > Envoyer (in french))

Libreoffice crash (since version 3.5.4 to 3.6.04)


Steps to reproduce:
1. Install windows 7, french version with belgian regional settings
2. Install libreoffice 3.6.04 with french and dutch dictionnary 
3. Launch openoffice and goto File > Send 
   OR
   Manage extesions and tyr to click wikipublisher options

Current behavior:
submenu won't even open and libreoffice crashes (thanx to wikipublisher :/)!!!

Expected behavior:
should display submenu with:
* send document by email
* send document by email pdf format
* send document by email open format
* send document by email word format...
* create html document
* create master document
(* probably wikipublisher submenu)

Platform (if different from the browser): 
Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; MSIE 9.0; Windows NT 6.1; Trident/5.0; SLCC2;
.NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET CLR 3.0.30729; .NET4.0C)

Step to fix:
goto program files> libreoffice > share > extensions 
delete wikipublisher
and no more crash
YOU SHOULDN'T PUT POORLY TESTED EXTENSIONS IN LIBREOFFICE!!!
