Problem description:
Steps to reproduce:
1. Make some notes in a presentation
2. Print -> Documents -> Notes
3. Ok
Current behavior:
Garbage on the printer-output.
The first foil is not visible
On the handout you see no foils on the screen but in the printer output.
Expected behavior:
Well formated sheets of the stuff you see on the screen
