             Bug #: 54221
Summary: 2nd and 3rd characters of each line don't appear
    Classification: Unclassified
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 3.5.6.2 rc
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: NetBSD
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Writer
        AssignedTo: [email protected]
        ReportedBy: [email protected]

On NetBSD-current/amd64 with a freshly built libreoffice 3.5.6.2 as per

  http://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/pkgsrc/current/pkgsrc/misc/libreoffice/README.html

I see the most astonishing behaviour the 2nd and 3rd character of every line
are invisible:

Fire up libreoffice3.5, (javaPathHelper: not found), click on Text Document,
type "123456". What appears is

1 456

You can copy the 2 blanks where the "23" is meant to be, and paste at the end
of the line, giving

1 45623

You can then delete the 2 blanks where the "23" is meant to be giving

1 623

The font doesn't seem to matter. It is the 2nd and 3rd character of every line,
not just of every paragraph.

I don't see how those 2 positions can be special?
