Update XML schema
The schema for XML output reports is using Japanese encoding and fonts and can
cause display issues in the report for non-Japanese text sometimes. Attached
patch changes this to UTF-8 encoding and falls back to the generic "serif" type
of font (if Times New Roman isn't available), rather than a Japanese font.
