The error still exists in Version: 6.2.0.0.alpha0+ (x64)

CPU threads: 8; OS: Windows 10.0; UI render: default;
Locale: de-DE (de_DE); Calc: CL
The toolbar shows "symmetric" and dragging the handle, it acts like symmetric.
But when saving the file, it contains a command "c" where it should be a
command "s".
