Problem description:
Steps to reproduce:
1. create a table
2. select it
3. click table in the right click menu
4. try to change the right border by clicking approx. 1mm below a crossing
Current behavior:
Both the vertical and the horizontal line are changed.
Expected behavior:
Only the horizontal line should be changed.
Platform (if different from the browser):
Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686) AppleWebKit/534.34 (KHTML, like Gecko)
