I have found this in the help:
"EPS images with embedded previews are exported only as previews. EPS images
without embedded previews are exported as empty placeholders."
So it seems, you get no high quality EPS at all. Please try, whether it works,
if you do not embed the EPS-image into the presentation but link it.
Please provide such EPS for testing.
