That requires also to store Default independently from the document. When
changing the default today it also affects tools > options .. > font but only
for the current document. While changing tools > options ... > font is
permanent.
To rework the Default style has also a positive bearing on the understanding of
styles and should be accompanied by a visual separation (e.g. per extra entry
in the filter dropdown).
