Footnote is an established Style that is applied from template defaults onto
new documents, or as "modified" (-> F11 Sidebar Deck) in the current document.
It requires management of the Style, not the direct formatting applied to a
single footnote for inheritance to other footnotes.
=> NAB, and a =>WF should someone suggest this direct formatting be global.
