I use the Hebrew version of LibreOffice 3.6 release version in Xp Machine also
this error affect in Windows 7.
When I try to make a new document from Desktop > New LibreOffice Document, the
menu appear with Question mark, like this "?OpenDocument".
and i get this error message:
Can not create the 'OpenDocument.ods file'
The parameter is incorrect.
and nothing happens.
