LibO 5.3 Color picker on Win 7, Win 10 and Server 2008 R2 is about same size
LibO 5.4 and above Color picker on Server 2008 R2 is quite smaller then Win 7,
Win 10
Actual Results:
Color picker size is smaller in new versions (5.4+)
Expected Results:
The same size as 5.3
Reproducible: Always
