Description:
The column width dialog behaves differently compared to Table Properties
Columns dialog

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Insert a table with say 5 columns
3. Place the cursor in the fifth column
4. Table -> Size -> Column width
5. Downsize it (for example to 2 cm). The adjacent column at the left (D)
increases
6. Undo CTRL+Z
7. Table -> Properties -> Columns tab
8. Decrease the size of column 5 to 2 cm
9. Column A increases

Actual Results:
Behavior is inconsistent, in my opinion.

Expected Results:
A consistent behavior
