With Format - Page in Writer I reproduce it on Windows, but not on Linux. The
normal delay is 1 second. The annoying delay is about 2 seconds.
I bibisected it with Win 6.2 repo, but the result seemed incorrect. I noticed
the result had two commits rolled into it:

Still, checking out the first bad vs. the last good I definitely see the delay
