You may be right. Dialog asking the user whether to paste them or not, with the
option "do not ask again". Only it's a little bit harder to implement.
Workaround:
Copy header and filter cells like A1:B3
Paste in Calc - it will paste filtered rows only
Copy pasted cells
Paste in Writer.
