I don't see an issue here--cell/row height direct formatting should be detached
from "Wrap text automatically" Cell formatting of the style.
Apply the "Optimal Row Height" direct formatting from Format -> Row -> Optimal
Height or the context menu. Likewise for direct formatting of the Column width
from Format or context menu.
Believe this is working correctly.
