Solutions:
1) Use the Navigator in the sidebar or floating window
2) Tools - Customize - Toolbars. Pick a toolbar you want, then with Category
"All commands" in the Function view, type "go" to jump to the functions "Go to
first page, last, next, previous". Use the -> arrow to add them to your desired
toolbar. Now you can use them to navigate in the slides.
