Screenshot of export to PDF of memo without "Create PDF form"
I have attached a JPG file combining a screenshot of the original form as I was
exporting it to PDF with "Create PDF form" NOT checked, and a screenshot of the
resultant PDF file.
This clearly shows the symptoms I described.
Operating system Windows 10 (64-bit) version 1803 (OS Build 17134.165).
