There is no easy fix for this as it is acutally a MS Excel bug. The exported
XLSX file by LibreOffice is correct according to the spec. Excel has an
internal limit of 31 characters for sheet names (that is an actual limit for
XLS).
As it is not a real bug there is no correct way to handle this and anything
that could be done should be classified as an enhancement.
