Place holder image when copy/pasting from the web using IE (since LibO 6.1)
No issue with Firefox
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open https://thcboneandjoint.com/educational-resources/knee-exercises.html
(I used IE11)
2. Copy the exercise from a "square"
3. Paste it into Writer
Actual Results:
No image
Expected Results:
Also a image (not not only a placeholder)
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
