Even if it takes 5 seconds for you (the attached sample file takes 3s for me)
then it probably just is at it is. The file size doesn't tell anything because
.xlsx is a compressed file format, with 31 sheets and some drawing elements
(probably the comment boxes) the unzipped content in this case is 5.3MB, likely
in your original document more because all those 125144 TOTO cell contents boil
down to just one shared string. Also, there is no crash for me, earliest
version tried 5.3.7.
