Arabic UI
Problem description:
when the UI language is on english (for an example) the greek characters are ok
but if the UI language is Arabic (mabey on other) its not the right characters!

Steps to reproduce:
I see it always...
Current behavior:
the alpha character is A!
Expected behavior:
the alpha character is alpha!
Platform (if different from the browser):
ubuntu 12.04 and windows XP
Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux i686; rv:15.0)
Gecko/20100101 Firefox/15.0
