It's fine if this is the intended behavior. However, I should note that:
1. the image will move to page 1 when clicking the anchor (first selecting the
frame, secondly clicking the anchor or when changing the anchoring
2. And the image isn't placed back to page 4 when pressing CTRL+Z once
