Request: add to Writer's cross-reference dialogue the ability to associate a
character style to the cross-reference field.
Use case: suppose you need to generate a PDF where you want all
cross-references in a particular color, for example, green. Right now you need
to manually apply the character style each time you insert a cross-reference
field. An option to automate this would be very interesting.
