Hello,
After saving a document with many comments (i believe the problem is here), and
changing the list to other and back scrolling becomes slow and right button
menu opening as well.
I found out that to happen in 5.2.7 5.4.5 6.0.6 and 6.1 RC2 and connected to
libreoffice-gtk3 component (details here
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=890638). In Kubuntu 18.4.1
with Calc 6.0.3 the bug doesn't happen.
After File->Reload everything is OK.

Steps to Reproduce:
Save a document and change the list to other and back.
Actual Results:
Slow scrolling.
Expected Results:
Not slowing.
