File-opening of a file containing large amount of comments is slower & CPU
hogging
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 143997
2. Monitor the processing time (LibO 5.4 5 seconds. Libo6.2 10 seconds) with
LibO4.4.7.2 4 seconds
Actual Results:
10 seconds opening time
Expected Results:
4/5 seconds
Reproducible: Always
