Yes, print settings brings up my default printer.
Ctrl+Shift+O does not work on two different computers (Asus and Toshiba), both
running updated Windows 10. This shortcut worked in previous, recent, versions
without having to manually assigning the shortcut on the keyboard map, though I
can't say for sure with which version it quit working.
