Thanks for looking at this again.
The error persists, although I am using 6.0.6.2. If i edit a cell, and type a
German special character (like ΓΌ), the input simply overwrites the single
character repeatedly, rather than entering the word.
OpenCL is switched off, I could not find Open GL in the preferences.
