Problem description:
Steps to reproduce:
1. Delete an empty line right before a formatted headline (it loses its
formatting)
2. press Ctrl+Z to undo
Current behavior:
The empty line is restored, but the headline does not receive its format back
Expected behavior:
The headline is a headline again.

Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.1 (KHTML, like Gecko)
Chrome/21.0.1180.89 Safari/537.1
