To reproduce:
1. open the the attached file:
2. open the first form 'Lookup_By_Name'
3. Close the form.
if this is 6.0.5 or 6.2 this will crash Libreoffice, it becomes non-responsive,
when the dialog box closed, if this is 6.1 RC3 the dialog box becomes
non-responsive before it is closed.
