Problem description:
It would be convenient if Writer supported D&D an image from an external app,
such as a web browser, directly into OpenOffice.
Steps to reproduce:
1. .... Open an image in a web browser
2. .... Drag the picture onto Writer's editing area.
Current behavior:
A grey "forbidden" icon appears as mouse cursor.
Expected behavior:
Successful drop of picture.
Platform (if different from the browser):
Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_8_1) AppleWebKit/537.1
(KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/21.0.1180.89 Safari/537.1
