=MIN(1.03,H15)shows 1.03 when H15 is 1.0 and -2
have tried with =min(H15,1.03) and same results
seems to work correctly with on some other lines of same sheet, actually this
is part of following formula
=IF(B11="icl pen",IF(F11=4,4*ROUND(K10*0.25*MIN(H11,1.03)+0.0075,2),K10),K10)
