I have a similar situation.
I had LO 6.0.?
then I installed 6.1.0.3
when i try to run LO 6.1 it crashes as the original bug was posted; however, i
can run LO 6.0
in case there was some conflict, i uninstalled both. rebooted. redownloaded
6.1, installed it...
but same problem
then i rebooted, installed 6.0.6 and it works fine
I must say I CAN use other packages, like gimp, firefox, brave, skype.
but i CANNOT use the "Ubuntu software center".
when i run it, it does as with LO 6.1...
the icon appears at the system bar, the mouse pointer turns to turning circle,
the icon pulses for some time, then it disappears, and no window appears.
