CAN reproduce in
LibreOffice-4.1.6.2.help-x86_64.AppImage
CanNOT reproduce in
LibreOffice-3.5.0.3.help-x86_64.AppImage
because CTRL+d feature not implemented.
So it looks like this bug exists since the CTRL+d feature has been implemented.
