Hi, as described here in
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Deployment_and_Migration
QUICKSTART (default=0) - turns on Quickstart, if Quickstart feature is
installed. Since LibreOffice 3.6.0.
Using QUICKSTART=1 on LibreOffice Still 6.0.6 MSI doesn't launch the quickstart
automatically at start on my Windows 7 system.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install MSI with QUICKSTART=1
Actual Results:
After a Windows boot, quickstart tray icon doesn't appear
Expected Results:
I should have a quickstart icon for all users
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
