Spell checker doesn't start automatically. Needs user interaction
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer with English dictionary installed
2. Open the attached file
3. No spell checking
4. Press backspace somewhere -> Spell checking starts
Actual Results:
No spell check underlining
Expected Results:
Spellcheck
Reproducible: Always
