This bug started as fileopen issue of .DOC file not properly visible.
It previews fine from LO 6.0 (tested 6.0.6 and 6.2+) so I'll close as WFM.
There are other issues with this file that I'll report separately:
- diagram could be edited from 6.0 but it was wrong on open and save
- master 6.2+ opens embedded diagram read-only so cannot edit it
- DOCX opened fine in 6.1 but is blurry on fileopen in master 6.2+
