Could you test writing something in browser with those letter? Isn't something
with your keyboard and NOT with Libreoffice? Please check.
I also use romanian keyboard (standard layout) and I use versions 5.4, 6.0, 6.1
and 6.2 and not a problem at all. Check the keyboard you have choosen.
