What you can do is to extend the testcases for writer, because i don't think
that you can reproduce this bug even you have the file.
There seems to be some bugs that are dependent on documents on previous
versions of libreoffice, or this document templates that are not
understandable.
So
1. Store an document and template in libreoffice 5
2. Make a copy of this document in libreoffice 6 and alter the template
I think the error will occur.
