When you export an drawing in Draw (File -> Export) in the image option window
you can define the Size (width and height) and Resolution
If you change the resolution the width and height change to which is not
correct the image size (width and height) should be always the same only the
dpi (96, 300, ...) change.
In addition Resolution default should be always pixel/inch
