Steps to reproduce:
1. Open LibreOffice
2. Go to Tools - Options - Advanced and enabled Experimental features
3. Click on Apply -> Restart dialog is prompted
4. Click on the underlying tools dialog
Observed behaviour: The restart dialog goes to the background. it's not
possible to interact with the tools dialog until the restart dialog is closed,
making it very confusing.

Build ID: bf8fbbaa683ef7eef5f9587b60486f622b50cb80
CPU threads: 4; OS: Linux 4.15; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3;
Locale: ca-ES (ca_ES.UTF-8); Calc: threaded
but not with GTK.
