The svg "file open" filter had many bugs, which where not present in the
"insert" filter. Because it would be too much effort to maintain both an "open"
and an "insert" filter, the decision was to use the "insert" filter for file
open too. "Break" is exactly the operation you need to get the same as in the
old "open" filter.
