I guessed that LibreOffice would have a process to control pool of processes to check that out. So in conclusion, tell users not to dobleclick more than once in a LibreOffice document (that is difficult with lots of users), and renew all computers to get a good performance of this suite(not an option). I really thought that it was a bug.
