Feature Request: Opening a form in design mode, the toolbars - especially Form
Controls, Form Design - should be shown automatically. Opening a form in edit
mode, all the toolbars (and the menu bar, too) should be hidden automatically.
The user may be disturbed if there are toolbars and menu bar without any
function.
