I work on KDE Neon user eidition - fully updated.
To my great surprise the libreoffice global menu suddenly functions in kde
plasma 5 with libreoffice 6.1.1.2.
Only when I click on item most left "file" ("bestand" in my case) it won't
open. The rest of the menu items behaves as expected.
