Not reproducible for me with LibreOffice 6.1.1 from Ubuntu PPA under Ubuntu
18.04 x86-64.
That said there is a bug in the Liberation font provided by Ubuntu 18.04. See
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=117411
and its workaround.
