The dialog is fine in the commit previous to that one. Then, for some commit
the MySQL entry is gone and reintroduced in
https://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/core/commit/?id=a67acf8e6127e33dc9ba5f75e097aa27ad5fe952
where the problem is already reproducible...
